Slash – Paradise City (live at MTV Clasic Launch – Melbourne 2010)

My guitar God, up close and loud. This was a complete surprise for me, I knew that Slash was in town and I tried the impossible so I could go see him, but then I heard it was a private show with limited VIP tickets which were already given to the media people. I lost merely all hope until my best friend in Australia called me and told me over the phone: dude, guess what? you’re so obsessed and love that Slash guitar guy so much it annoys me, so I called a friend of mine, told him your story (over live radio) and got you 4 tickets for tonight’s show. I then ran home to change my crapped underwear, grabbed my camera and struggled my way to the front of the stage. One of the best nights in my life. I now can die, happy 🙂 ***Thank you Andrew Lee Gung, you rock man!

Kinect Launch Event in NYC

On Wednesday November 3rd, the crossroads of the world, Times Square New York was glowing in shades of purple. All hands we’re on deck for the “most important launch” in the history of Xbox, the Kinect Sensor. Fans lined up, as early as Monday, to be among the first to own the latest and greatest in motion gaming. The night’s festivities opened up with 600 dancers performing with 2 artists who are featured as Day 1 DLC for Dance Central, Lady Sovereign and R&B Singer Ne-yo. The actual launch took place in the flagship Toy’r’us store with an after party held across that street at The Hard Rock Cafe. Overall a great night for Xbox, Kinect, and most importantly gaming. Take a look at our recap of the nights events below.
